Software License Agreement
Terms and conditions for using Pixa Inventory software
1. License Grant
Pixa Inventory grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is subject to the following conditions:
- You may use the software for your business operations
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- You may not transfer or sublicense the software
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Subscription Terms
Free Trial
New users may access a 14-day free trial of the software. After the trial period, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the service.
Paid Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be notified of upcoming renewals via email.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the software for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the software to store or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
4. Data and Privacy

5. Support and Maintenance
We provide technical support during business hours and maintain regular system updates. Support is available through our help center, email, and phone. Response times may vary based on your subscription plan.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the software if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies in your possession.
